OVER THE MOON

So last night my Lakers won the NBA Championship. They defeated the team I hate the most in the entire universe. I hope the Celtics had a very long flight back to Boston so they can really loss can really sink in. Anyway, I am so proud of my team and especially the play of Ron Artest. One word "BEAST"...Another word "QUEENSBRIDGE"

Look below as Ron Artest thanks his therapist and The HOOD~

Feels so good. Lakers took it to the streets.

SERIOUSLY BP

Seriously!
http://FunnyOrDie.com/m/40t9

Get it together.

Seventy is the new 35.

The amazing Edward Gordon at the age of 71 ran the San Diego Rock N' Roll Marathon. When you hear people say I can't or it's too late for me to workout? Think of this as your inspiration. Just one foot in front of the other and go! KUDOS MR. GORDON!

SCHOOL IS COOL

Pharrell Williams speaks about how important education is. I like this CNN segment because he is one of the first musicians to intelligently speak out about education. It's more than the the "stay in schools kids" Pharrell has his finger on the pulse of the youth. In my opinion he is one of the handful of 30 plus year old men who can speak to a 14 year old kid without it feeling like a lecture. Kudos to you Mr. Williams.

CONGRESSMEN BOB ETHERIDGE GOES CRAZY

Isn't this assault? How do things happen like this in the middle of the street? Good thing those "students" had their trusty video camera to record all of the madness. I wonder what the real reason why he decided to assault that kid?

NICE DIGS BLANCHE

"In the pantry of the three-bedroom co-op at 430 East 56th Street, a door disguised as a spice rack leads to a bathroom behind the kitchen — a secret passageway! The door to her office is another conversation piece. It is sculptured to look as though a naked woman was walking through it. The woman’s head and one breast extend into the hallway; her hand is the doorknob. From inside the office, you see her backside.

I have always wanted a house with a secret passage. One day! One Day! This one is for you and your Golden Girls glory.

RIP RUE.

DMX: BEHIND THE MUSIC

I watched this episode last night. It really got to me. It makes me sad people are so controlled by one thing. For DMX it was CRACK! But more than that X is a troubled soul. He grew up shitty, wrote about his shitty life, and his life continued to be shitty until this day. Truth be told I love DMX! He has always been one of my favorite rappers and remains to be til this day. Anyone who can climb out of this I give kudos to. I think he can do it.

Funny thing is that the home that he was taken to be reformed in where I grew up. In Dobbs Ferry Children's Village was known as the place "the bad ghetto kids" went. It sucks because these kids like "X" are dropped there and hoped to be "reformed". I always hated that "reform" school. Reform from what? I know a lot of people need to reformed but I guess I think the world is rose petals and apple juice. Though you may not think he has climbed out of his struggle? He might not have but he is still breathing and each day is a new start and a new beginning. Watch below for the full video of the DMX Behind the Music.

AND THE PLOT THICKENS.....

Do you think this is the beginning of the end for "KING" in Cleveland or does this mean that he will take on more of a pivotal role in the hiring of a new coach and keeping certain players and signing certain players. It seems as if the power is shifting towards the players. I kinda like it.

Kid Charlemagne

Yes I did.

BRUCE LEE YOU ARE MY HERO

This man was a philosophy major. No wonder. The way he speaks so eloquently about Kung FU and its relation to water. Listen to the movements when he is attempting to strike this host. SO SWIFT! All looking clean as a whistle in that suit. ENJOY!

GROIN PUNCH

First of all this has never been funny. I went to school with some dumb ass kids who loved to do this. This is one of those "I don't feel badly for you" stories. I bet this kid punched a kid first. "Sack Tappin'" The look on the Dr's face is priceless because he is trying so hard not to laugh. This is really an "epidemic" It was all fun and games until someone lost a testicle.
